OK, first of all take no offense to me saying this, K?
Why is it that from one board to another you have such different opinions on what amount people use??? I mean at some point in your training career you'd think that you might want to up the doseage alittle ( even if its just to see what its like!!! )!!!
Also, some people think that just because someone is new to the board that they haven't trained for very long or aren't very advanced!!!...Not true at all!!!
I mean is everyone here gonna recommend 500mg Test and 500mg EQ per for the rest of their lives??? Or maybe one day take the plunge and do a gram of test per week and half a gram of something else??? After that whats left??? Is that the stopping point???...NO!!!
Here is my opinion of whats important in this sport!
1: Diet
2: Training
3: Rest
4: Drugs
I may have left out a couple, but from my experience drugs are should be the least worries of an athlete!!! That being said, once everything is in line then you can focus on drugs...I've made it to that point!!!
