Has Anybody Seen Or Used This Website?

I didn't really look through it, but in my opinion there really is no trick to "getting great abs". Impressive abs are the result of a very clean diet, that's it. I don't even work abs 9 months out of the year, and I have an 8 pack of abs that buldge out. For me, and friends I train with, just not using belts on lifts like squats, bent over rows, deads etc. do more to build and strengthen abs than any special ab routine. If I lift heavy, just that stabilization through out the year creates very nice, deep abs when I diet all the fat away.

I do throw in maybe 3 sets of hanging leg raises once a month or so I guess, sometimes.

Edit: 50 ab exercises? Even during the final dieting months when I do work abs twice a week I only do weighted cable crunches and leg lifts. I think even having 50 exercises for something like abs is stupid.
