a diet program / association called "LA Health" or LA something ? I was asked about it and I know nothing about it. It is apparently an organization like weight watcher but it has a different approach. I am trying to do some research about it but I don't remember if it is LA Health, LA Fitness or LA what....I don' t think it is a health club though......

any suggestions would be helpful. I think it is national.

I'm pretty sure it's LA weightloss that you're thinking of. I'm not familliar with the services they provide, though.

I didn't heard anything good about it... but i keep hearing lots of things about Trimspa(sp?)
