I used to drink some on the weekends, get drunk, etc.
But the more and more I get into lifting, the less I drink. Now I dont like to drink on days I lift, and if I drink on off days, then I'm going to feel like shit the next day when its time to lift. Not to mention filling my belly with beer isn't the best way to gain muscle.
I still drink some, but no more than 2 beers an hour. I guess its a good thing, more money for supplements
Anyone else find that the more they lifted and the more into fitness they got, the less they got drunk?
