Just found this thread.

I'm off my diet now. Just trying to keep the carbs in check. Eat at least a couple carb free meals a day. I'm holding fairly lean(12-13%) at about 242 right now. I can't diet due to my tendonitis and low back probhlems I am limited in my workouts and fear I'd loose too much muscle.
