I am a hardgainer. I am about to do my first cycle and I need to know if this cycle will give me the results I am looking for. My stats are: I am 5'9', 140 lbs and I train 5 days a week, each muscle group twice a week. I also include 20 minutes cardio daily. I want to gain approx. 15-20 lbs of hard vascular muscle.
Here is my proposed 1st cycle. Let me know if this cycle will get me to my goals;
250mg of enanthate for weeks 1 and 8
500mg of enanathe for weeks 2 thru 7
20mg/ed d-bol for the first 4 weeks
and of course the clomid at the end.
or a d-bol/winny cycle for six weeks with clomid post cycle?
wk 1: 30mg
wk 2: 40mg
wk 3: 40mg
wk 4: 30mg
wk 5: 20mg
wk 6: 15mg
