Hardcore Football

I'm going to be playing varsity football as fullback/running back next year, and I want to get huge. I am willing to work out every day, and pay any price necessary to become one of the best football players in my league. This is one of the most important things in my life right now.

How do I go about doing this? I'm already pretty big, but I'm looking for some of the older guys to give me some advice. Naturally, I'll be doing alot of running(especially sprinting) to get fast, and lifting. I won't shy away from anabolic steroids if I need to. In fact, I'm posting there here because that's the type of information I am specifically looking for. I will do anything I need to do to become number one. Thanks.

If you're talking High School Varsity, then you're way ahead of yourself. You still got natural growing to do and the use of AAS can really hinder that in the long run. Just following the basic principles of weight training, protein intake and gym time coupled with proper rest and supplementation, and you'll be fine. Size is good, but colleges also look at guys who are eluding people, making people miss because thats the player who is going to be healthy all season. Dont rush into AAS, certainly not for H.S. football.

if you need roids to be the best in HS, you might as well not do it, because you'll stand no chance at the next level. just my opinion.

its hard getting all the calories in high school.. so try and bring a lot of extra food/ shakes with you to have throughout the day and inbetween classes. and get drink alot of water... when i played football in high school during the first coupls weeks in the fall it would be very hot, so its gonna help to be hydrated....
Good Luck to you

he hasnt said he wants to juice but indirectly i guess he has. if it's for varsity thats not exactly hardcore and you are in the wrong place. not trying to be a jerk but your too young. i mean your only a junior in highschool, what 17 years old ? try the training board

are you serious. the way it is written almost seems as a joke. no offense but when you say "I am willing to work out every day, and pay any price necessary to become one of the best football players in my league. This is one of the most important things in my life right now." and then "I will do anything I need to do to become number one."

Dude sounds like you got some issues you need to get worked out. Its freaking high school football. If you can't play natural you think you will last in college football.

you'd be surprised what % of high school football players juice. I live in the bay area in california and theres atleast two people per team that juice for sure. My last football game i went up against some fucker who went on a 20 week cycle of Deca (i think) Despite the fact that this is a very STUPID cycle to run this guy was a fucking beast. He will probably pay down the road... thats a little off topic

In response to the general condesending attitude that most of you guys take up with young athletes i think you should help them out more than judge them. Someone's age shouldn't be the only defining factor for telling them to juice or not. It wouldn't surprise me if this guy works harder than many older guys who dont have a shred of natural strength but have been juicing for years. The decision ultimately comes down to this guy, if he wants it bad enough he'll find a way to get it, he may not have the support from you guys but he'll find somone on the street and pay through the ass for a few amps of test.

Varsity Warrior what are your current stats & how long have u been lifting

I think that this is stupid. I does matter what age you are, and that should be the defining factor as to do or not to.

yeah, there are a couple juiced-out high school athletes on every team, i agree with that. but still, if you don't have the skills to go along with that, no matter how BIG AND STRONG you are, you won't amount to shit. on the other hand, if you are a skilled running back with good genetics, which it sounds like you could be, then you can just train your ass off naturally and smoke other UN-natural cheaters on the field. i guess the opinion i'm trying to voice (and i'm not trying to be condescending) is that you're probably a few years too young and most-likely not educated enough to be juicing, and that if you have all this desire to be "number one" and have the potential, just do it naturally and worry about roids later. just my opinion.
