I am looking to gain some HARD Mass.... little water retention. Summer has just begun and adding some ripped muscle would be nice and i'd like to do so without too much flab comin' with the mass cycle.
i'm 5-9, 160 and would like to get up 20 lbs. in 10 weeks. (THIS IS MY FIRST CYCLE).
