Howdie doodie?
One of my friends who is doing a MuscleTech shoot in a few weeks told me about his fatloss diet.
It consists of protein and natural fats. No carbs. Not even fruits, bread, or cereal. The only carb he's eating is oatmeal because of it's high fiber content. He says that fiber actually promotes fat loss.
Other than that, he is eating no carbs. Nothing. For energy, he eats natural fats. I am very curious to see how that works.
My question is, if I stop eating carbs for 4 weeks, which food sources contain natural fats?
