Metal rod that starts off at the size jewelery you're currently wearing and gets thicker as it goes up to the end.

Here's a pic of my current jewelery and the taper I used to stretch the hole to fit it in.

Has a little "cup" at the thick end that you put the jewelery into so when the taper goes all the way through, the jewelery can slide through with it.

Took me 1/2 hour or so to work it almost all the way through, at that point I pulled the taper out and the jewelery slid in.

LOTS of lube required to stretch.

Can't wait for this 6ga stretch. 6ga is supposed to be extremely comfortable, and 8ga has treated me very well.

Yes, yes, and fuck yes. Makes one hell of a difference during sex. I'm sure that's partially due to the fact that I'm pierced pretty deep so I have to wear larger jewelery, but when my penis made it's first run at sex after being pierced, the result was an overwhelming "I am so glad you got that done!"

It adds pleasure for me as well. I got used to it pretty quick during sex, so I don't notice it as much, but the extra stimulation makes orgasims feel better.

Fuck, I wish I could. I'm at a toss up between getting my nipples done and getting another penis piercing. I need more tattoo work too, but I don't know how good any of the tattoo guys in the area are and the guy I want to do my next work is 2 hours away (he did my half sleeve).

Plus going to the beach in 2 weeks. I do NOT want to expose fresh piercings to the sea water.

Yeah, but I feel like an asshole for doing that too. We were in a major slump for a long time but we are getting out of it now. It was pretty much me telling her that we need to have sex a few times a week and if we do, she'll definetly want it more. So far things are getting better, I just have to keep pushing occasionally.

She's also had an ongoing sinus infection for months. She had an appointment with a specialist but they cancelled on her. She keeps putting off calling to reschedule.
