JN: Wow... thanks man! Yeah that was my first time dieting...EVER... it sucked and I prolonged it too long by not being strict... and was mentally burnt out at the end... But during hardcore training and dieting I learned a TON about my body... and that's what it's all about... next time will be easier and i'll get leaner... and be much thicker
