Just the fact that you group those two bands together tells me you dont have a clue. STP came waay after the cool grunge bands, and ripped them all off a little bit. STP is to the nineties what the Monkees were to the sixties. I liked AiC and Layne Staley just as much as Nirvana, probably more because I knew them a little.
