Is this a good deal and headphone set for gaming?

I use cheap earphones. Anything above $40 is too much.

I want a balls out set since Im not going to have any other sound system. Got a real quiet roommate and adjacent neighbors and dont want to blow them out of the building with DVDs/Gaming

I would never pay that much. If you are going to go for high priced gamer stuff, try ebay.

Same thing is going for $200 on eBay except I would have to deal with shipping. Don't have that hassle on the CL deal

Never heard of those. I still use a trusty 5.1 for my console and on PC I usually plug in a pair of Sennheisers. I'd recommend those to anyone who likes hearing every little spec of audio out of there games.

Just bought them, they're pretty badass and i think it's gonna work awesome

they are legit. eat the lunch of a pair of Sennheisers, for gaming.

The audio quality isn't pro. But it's good enough. It's the separation that's important in gaming anyways.

c&c has been on xbox at least 3 years since getting tiberium wars. theres a newer one out but TW was only 9 bucks so bought that one since i knew how to play it already. its still pretty sweet online.
