Are you still lifting at Kidder's meet next month. I'll be there with my 2 partners and my long distance partners.

I will be there...but unfortunately wont be competing. Had this one marked on my calender since May. But I have been takin care of my grandmother who is very ill....so training has been sporadic.

I will definitely be there to watch you do the work. By the way...when is the next APF comp at Kidders. Would like to shoot for something in March. After I get this family stuff behind me.

Dont sweat it man...everything is everything. Now get in the gym and get ready....I'll be there...I just wont be liftin.
