Hamstrings?

ghr's are the best, along with revers hypers, but most gym's don't have a ghr machine.

Reverse hypers for hams? Never heard that.

I would recommend stiff-legged deadlifts, strict good mornings, sumo stance deadlifts, lying leg curls, seated leg curls and one-leg curls.

Try and set your split up so that you hit quads and hammies on different days. Trying a quad/calves and hams/calves day would be optimal, also giving calves more work which would benefit most lifters in their leg development also. :bigbuck:

Working up to heavy glute/ham raises using 3x5 will blow your hams up better than any other exercise and the power and strength you develope doing them translates over to athletics and any other lifting.

Also they build them all the way from the knee to your ass unlike leg curls.

Stiff-legged deads and reverse hyper are great to go with GHR.
