i have just strained my hamstring, not too bad but bad enough to have to stop placing any loading on it. i am currently into week 7 of a 12 week sust cycle. from experience this one feels like it will be at least 2 to 3 weeks til i can place something close to a decent load on it. i was wondering how much the sust will quicken up my recovery, or if it will at all? i have never done a soft tissue injury whilst on a cycle. if anynone has any experience with muscle strains and how much more (if at all) they recovered whilst on a cycle? not happy but what can you do!
