Oh, as for aggression, I do feel more 'gung-ho' and have yelled at that certain actor (who travels with his own gym trailer) that since I am carrying 40lbs of gear and almost running him over going up stairs, that he was a bit of a pussy, and next time, I'll carry his sorry ass up the stairs if I have to. Director saw things my way if you must know. I used to spar with the stunt coordinators between my scenes to blow off steam. Everynight after work, I was pretty much back to normal, got it out of my system.

I also sleep like a baby on Halo. But I do note the toxic side effects made me feel ill after week 3 @ 20mg/day.
