i have been off for a long time. since the end of july 2001 to be exact. 8 months........

all i have is stenox. if i do these alone (cause i dont have anything else ) will i at least retain my size that i have lost? i am down about 20 pounds from where i was...

no flames please.. i know stenox isnt strong.... just wondering if it will jump start me, and get me back where i left off since i have been clean for this long....

I just took a couple before wrking out and had a great pump. My friend just started taking them been out of the gym for a while and he loves it.

I don't think that halo will add much size, it mostly adds strength and hardness of the muscles.
