really not need to take halo unless you are competing or are a strength athlete. Halo will put little to no muscle on you, will just help you harden up and get stronger.
You need to take between 20-30mg/day. I use them before shows to stay focused and harden up. The strength boos you will get is also one of the most emmotional pumps you will ever have. You will break through any personal plateau you had in the past while on halo. Just be careful and watch the ole liver and dont run them longer than 5-6 weeks.
