well what can i say. while on halo, i was unfuckenstoppable. the two weeks following the end of the cycle i sucked ass and was on par to what i started before cycle - almost, i was about 10 lbs stronger. 4 weeks out i was right in between where i started and the last day of the cycle. 6 weeks out and i'm bangin out what i did the week before the end of my cycle. the shit works and what i've gained since the cycle ended i attribute to the cycle. i've never been this strong before i did halo. so conclude what you wish, and if you have any specific questions i will answer them here. now i must go out and find some more of this shit
ps. all of this is in relation to my bench. this is what i guage my gains by. which btw i added close to 40 lbs to in a little over 2 mos time
