Hey, I need some ideas for a Halloween costume that I can put together. I don't have a lot of money to spend, so am looking for some cool, fun, inexpensive ideas. Anyone have suggestions?

A friend told going as a terrorist would not be a good idea. I'm still trying to figure out a good costume that is easy and cheap. I'm getting laid off so not much money to throw around.
