half way through test cyp cycle. Need advice from pros

Hi all
Im 46 and been training most of my life.
I am 11%bf and train in the gym 5-8 hours a week and I play soccer for fun. I have a great clean diet and supplement with zinc, mag, hcl, bcaa, pre/post stack. I eat 3g per kgbw of protein per day and I was fairly strong and very fast up to last month....
3 weeks ago I decided to start a test cyp 300mg e3d, with 25mg aromasin e3d, starting this week hcg 250iu e3d and a pct of clomid 75/50/50/50 nolva 40/20/20/20 starting week 12.
My strength gains so far have been pretty impressive and I am currently hitting pb's in my strength programme. I also note with interest my 2 niggly injuries I have had for a year have cleared up! Sweet!

I am moving towards a functional hypertrophy phase, as I am playing more soccer but want to increase my speed further (I was a sprinter) and I want to hit 8% bf in the next few weeks.

So, this is the thing. My squat, front squat, bench and deadlift are the best ever but I find i am either not making gains on the running track, or i am going slower. I run track 2/3 times a week and time myself over 20,30,100 and 200m. I feel strong on the track, but my times show I am not getting stronger.
Any idea why?

Also, I will start my 2nd cycle 1st week of may and I have a problem.
I cant say why, but I will be subjected to a urine drug test in august and have to pass this. What should and shouldn't I do/not do in my 2nd cycle so I dont get busted?

Your speed is determined on how many "fast twitch" Fibers you have, also your legs even tho they are stronger bear in mind that it takes more effort to move a more larger muscular leg thus slowing your running time.
