half way through my first cycle

ey guys just thought i would let use know how i am going i am 5 and A half week through my first cycle

500mg test e mon thurs split 250mg on the day


now at the start of last week thigs started to happen i have been dieting all the wat through so i started at 6 foot 220lb

and am still the same diffrence is the gut is gone to the point were you can see 4 abs amazing never thought that i could do that and i am looking a lot more defined

my strength is up a bit i was expecting more there but were the main diffrence is bascily i dont wanna leave the gym i can train all night is mad.


these are my 2 questions

i was planing to run it for 12 weeks but now i want it for 16 weeks no sides so fair am using very clean gear no acne no nothing

just seeing if use can give me a reason not to go for 16 weeks

and last question even though my strength is up but not that much could this be beacouse i am eating very strict

any answers would be great



have a post cycle prepared anti e and the rest

last of all i got to say this shit is reallly the greatest its amazing wat you can do when you eat clean train and lift heavy and hard
 
Stick with the 12 do your PCT, then wait 12, then go again maybe up the test a little, kickstart with an oral like tbol 40mg Ed week 1-4
 
I'd stick with 10 weeks. 12 max.
It's your first cycle so you don't know how difficult (or easy) it will be to recover.
 
yer i see were you guys are comming from i will be honest i think i will push it out to 16 weeks but will see how it goes i am quite excited atm lol what a suprise almost 6 weeks into a test e cycle an im excited lol

will run it for 12 weeks 100% see how i am feeling and if there are no sides or minamal sides then i might give it a go at 16 weeks basicly the only thing that i was worried about was how i am going to be comming off it as well
 
I can see where this one is going.. In 6 months we are going to see the "what about HRT" thread or a bridging thread.... Come off bro and do your pct!
 
Keep The Cycle To 10-12 Weeks. You Can Always Do Anohter Cycle In A Few Months And Have That Great Feeling And Results Back Again. Take The Advice You Get Here And Run With It. One Mistake And You'll Be Asking Other Questions Which May Be Harder To Get A Good Response From. Good Pct And You'll Keep Most Of What You Have And Not Regret It.

thanks for the advise guts reason i ask is to see what every one has to say about it as i said i am 6 weeks into it and loving it with no sides shit i wanna stay on forever if the feeling is like this but obvesly i cant just seeing what all had to say about it.

and yes i must stress i have a pct all planed out for me at the place i train

If your strength isn't up to where you think it should be, look to your calories and macro nutrient split. Bump it up 500 cals per day and see where that takes you.
