I will be taking 45mg of winny and 40mg of tbol daily.

Should I take 20mg of tbol in the morning and 20mg in the evening? Or spread it throughout the day? They come in 10mg tablets...

And the winny? It comes in a 45mg tablet..

for turanabol split your doses the half life is around 6 hours.winstrol is 9 hours so I would split that too into 2 separate doses

in other words take both of them orally in two seperate doses

truthfully not to sound redundant but I would definitely fucking add an injectable testosterone into that cycle and run a proper post cycle therapy to retain any gains you make.

So I shouldn't split the 40mg throughout the day? My buddy is on day 3 and he's splitting them at 10mg, 4 times daily. Just 20mg in the morning and 20mg at night?
