half full amps

If I get an amp that only has .5ml in it does that mean that theres only half of the active compound in it? I dont know how the manufacturing process is with these drugs. Could it be less oil and all the test is in there? These are sust by the way from Paki .

Sounds like they are underfilled to me...should be 1ml.
Are you sure there is no oil in the neck of the amp(s)?

Nope it was just underfilled. I hope that's the last one I get! How common is this? It never happened b4.

Be sure you check closely ,alot of times gear will get stuck in the top half of the amp
