I know that 98% of us Bodybuilders are meat eaters, but every once and a wile a Veg. comes around and tells people that he still can do his thing like we do. This gets me thinking a lil bit, its hard to believe that you can get the same type of protein from a pepper that you can get from a stake lol...
So whats the deal are some of these meal replacements that good or is this bull and there are know Veg. bodybuilders.............

Just asking this has got me thinking..............
 
most rely on Soy protein, beans. And for some reason, I've seen Veg's say fish is an "exception" to their rule of meat (beef/chicken) :rolleyes:
 
Fish is a good source of protein and healthy if yo are eating the rite fish, but what about beef the other red meat. I cant see my self not eating a big azz stake with welshers grape...

Horses are vegetarians.
 
I guess you could consume alot of dairy along w/ vegtables. That would be the only way to get the essential amino acids you need which are only found in animal proteins.
 
The only time Ive seen a semi-pro Bodybuilder was I think here on this forum. He was ripped to shreds but he was not that big and his body looked a lil off.

He said it is a pain in the azz to get all the rite protein he needs, so he supplements allot with powders and such.......
