Had one of the best workouts ever. Did shoulders and abs. my shoulders are lacking, so I am raising the intensity on them. 2 hours went by like nothing:
vertical side raises
vertical front raises
military presses
reverse flies
shrugs
Sweating immensly right now. Just figured I would share.
