Had a root canal this morning

I thought up there with the Free Canadian Health care that they just pulled your teeth when they had problems ?

Slept about 2 hours last nite the pain was so bad.
Stopped in at a dentists office this morning and said "make the pain go 'way"
He checked me out and said "root canal time".
I got to watch Ellen (she had an orangatang on... I like orang's more than I like 95% of the humans) and Wayne Bradey. I definietly like orangs more than I like him.

The novacaine is just starting to wear off so we'll see how bad the residual pain is later this evening.

THe health care is more hospital type stuff.

The grand total is gonna be about a grand, but our work plan will pay for about 80%.

Oh, My bad..

I thought it covered dental and vision as well...
that sucks but at least you got work coverage and 80% is pretty good.
Mine is only like 50-60% coverage for dental high end stuff with free 2x a year cleanings etc..

Thats on Monday.
Today I had the roots cleaned out and a temp filling put on.

Ouch! don't they give you vicodin or vicaprophen when you have a root canal, for after the novacaine wears off? I've gotten pain pills for just a filling. You should demand pain pills!
