Gynocamastia question

In early onset gyno, does it attack both sides equally or can it favor one side?
If so taking nolva should eliminate this?
What dosage and duration?
What effect does taking nolva while on cycle?
I am currently on week 3 of test400 250mg twice a week
Dbol 45 mg Ed.
And am experiencing a bit of tenderness on my left chest beneath the nipple. Not under the nipple actually beneath it.

It can effect only one side. The effect of nolva is that it will bind to the estrogen receptors in the chest and help save you from having gyno. I would suggest aromasin instead as a gyno prevention but if it's happening already and all you have is nolva I would start taking it at 20 mg/day if no improvement bump to 40 until symptoms subside.

Nolva positives.. - quick relief from early gyno symptoms , positive effect on cholesterol , cheap

Negatives, - reduced igf , can make some feel like shit, hot flashes , taxing on the liver, lethargy,... But it will help your gyno if you are in need! Id reduce your dbol also as it can really cause gyno in some.
