i use steroids before 6 moth . testosterone 200 mg x 6 week and deca 200 x 6 week after that my left chest develop hard mass under the nipple 1 cm can be go far alone or want surgery ?

It all depends on the individual. Some react very well to PCT and the enlarged gland will subside, for others like myself who had gyno as a child, surgery is the only option.

IMO see what PCT does and if it persists check with a doc to get it removed. It cost me around $3,000.
