Developed small lump under left nipple. I have had estro issues all cycle. Have liquidex on hand and letro is on the way. Should I up my dose of dex? I hate to use the letro. sus dbol cycle

Letro and rimidex will prevent the symptoms of gyno, nolva will actually help get rid of it. IDK whether letro or rimi will get rid of gyno symptoms.

was taking .5 eod but have had estro issues from the dbol i suspect, for i have ran sus only cycles w/ no problem. Know I have a lump just noticed it yesterday. Should i up the dex?

Yes the dex should be ok for rebound. For sex drive ether get some hard on or some dermacrine.
