Ok i have been of a cycle of test/win with proper pct for alteast 6 months. i just now started to notice my right nipple has a little lump under it and it's kinda sensitive. i was wondering if this i gyno? and could i do anything to get rid of it? thanks for all the bros.

question to add to this, I have been using aifm as a primary estrogen inhibitor and my nipples have still become a little sensitive, is this normal or if my estrogen levels are properly suppressed should they just feel like normal throughout the cycle?

dosages?
