Ok, guys need some advice here. Been running tren 75mg ed for about 4 weeks. I had some test prop and some winny layin around so i decided to throw that in about a week ago both at 50 mg ed. Woke up today and my left nipple is itching like crazy all day. I have nolva on hand aifm on the way. Should I drop the tren so I can take the nolva or do you think that the ai will be enough to stop this. Never had gyno problems before so im not really sure what to do. I know i should of had this all figured out before, but im a dumbass sometimes and didn't think it would happen to me.

use letrozole 1.25mgs/ED, that should clear up the gyno - letro is the best anti-gyno product out there bro...

Why drop the tren? It sounds like you were doing fine before you added the prop and the winny. I'd drop those instead.

the issue with trenbolone (also winstrol) and nolva is that tren is a progestin binding to the PgR (which also means that they both tend to suppress natural progesterone)

Nolva, while a potent ER antagonist (so good against estrogenic compounds) in breast tissue also, unfortunately upregulates expression of the progesterone receptor.

there are a number of ligands that are promiscuous when it comes to the progesterone receptor, so even if the progestin is no longer present (in this case tren and/or winstrol), the suppression of natural progesterone levels means that "other" hormones may now be binding to this upregulated receptor.


run AIFM alone, if you feel you need a stronger AI (which is unlikely but possible) then use letrozole.



as a note- since you are not currently using an AI it really could be all three (and probably is to some extent).

adding AIFM will alleviate the prop conversion, you may still need to drop either or both the tren and winstrol.

there have been reports of this, but there also have been reports to the contrary.

likely depends on the individuals receptor densities and isoforms (in particular, but probably not exclusively, progesterone receptors).

winstrol alone can cause gyno.. likely mechanisms are PgR binding, IGF-1 increases, and natural progesterone suppression. Or a combination of all of the above.

I'm on tren / prop / proviron right now and also 20mg pd of nolva........no issues but I do think personal sensetivity play a role

Same problem a few monthes ago with Deca and Test. I have ran both several times with no problems. Woke up one morning with one itching and a few days later the other started. I dropped the deca and started nolva and increased my dose of adex to 1mg a day. Gyno stopped in about a month. My only complaint is nolva makes me crazy. If I had not been getting hitched I would have opted for the letro. GOOD LUCK
