I got gyno when i was going through pubirty now i have puffing nipples. Is there any supplements i can take to reduce or help the situation. If this helps im 18.

noval and clomid will only help with aas induced gyno. gyno caused by pubirty can only be corrected with surgery. not sure if that helped.

Go the surgery route.

If you had it from puberty, the insurance will cover it.

Gyno surgery is your best bet IMO. There are products out there, but they tend to help short-term situations, your situation has been there for a while it seems.

If you had it from puberty, the insurance will cover it.

Sometimes they dont' even if its from puberty.
