do you fight gyno before it happens or only pst cycle????

and whast best to prevent it????

I only take anti E's if i need them. if your nipples start getting sore or ichy start the Anti E's right away

well if you know that you are prone to gyno and taking steroids that can increase estrogen easily such as test and dbol then start using anti-e's from the start. for myself not being very prone i would just have it in case i start to see my nips get puffy, itchy, sore. anastrozole works well and helps out bloat fairly well, but if not taking high dosages then nolvs 20-40mg should work just fine.

I always do my clomid during a cycle...that helps, just do them right.

I know about what you're saying papucho about the clomid, makes you feel like watching soap operas and crying...that sensitive feeling.
