Gyno Symtoms, Adex?

Okay so I've felt my nipples and underneath them there is a small bump, it's hard ans about the size of a BB bullet (smaller then a pea) if I push them pretty hard it doesn't hurt but feels slightly uncomfortable. I have no itchiness or anything, and there not swollen.

Is this gyno? Not sure if the lumps were there already..

I have adex, nova on hand how should I dose them? (also have some 2 year old letro)

Still on a cycle coming towards the end now sust/Deca.

I would be using aromasin with nolva but for adex go .5 mg ed and start nolva at 20mg

Sounds like gynecomastia, you need to start letrozole asap:

Letro if its gyno. If its still early enough then aromasin or adex should knock it out. The main thing I suggest to avoid this in the future is to keep test low with in any nandrolone. As long as you keep test low and control estrogen then you shouldn't ever have this problem.

Thanks, would i need to split up the dose throughout the day with adex/nolva?

I have letro but its around 2-3 years old (liquid) would it still be potent?

First of all I dont understand why people dont use an AI while on a cycle to avoid all the BS in the first place.

Second any sort of inhibitor, suicide or otherwise is not going to do anything for the excessive E already in your system so I would recommend taking nolva or clomid asap and continue it for a few days after you start an AI.

I have 2 weeks left on cycle, I've stopped the deca, just going to run 2 more weeks of sust.

I have started 25mg nolva, 1mg adex. I'll run this for 5 days, then stop the nolva and carry on .5mg. Adex ED.

Sound okay?

Drop that sust way down to hrt dose (100-200 mg week) so you don't keep raising estrogen.

But i feel as it the gyno is still developing, the lumps are probarly a little bigger (although i may be paranoid) and i can also feel some slight pain in my right nipple (might be a physilogical thing)

Should i start letro? how much will it effect my gains? specially that im coming upto pct in 4 weeks.

If the adex isn't working jump to letro. It will affect gains negatively but having bitch tits isn't worth gaining a few extra lbs.

I would definitely take hcgenerate ES alongside letro bro... it will keep you from shutting down and help you to not feel so down and lethargic and keep your balls plump and working as well... when you are gyno prone, you should be using aromasin, not adex... that was your first problem... just keep that in mind for next time...

For non-Olympia guys is absurd to risk your heart for no reason.

For me, I would use Tamoxifen on cycle and would have a blood work at the end to discard any possible rebound.

Mortals should be concerned about the HDL/LDL profile instead of ridiculous details like the IGF-1 thing too, 100% of the guys here will be stupid happy with the result of their cycles and won't give a **** if they missed 0.05 pounds of muscle gain because of the Tamoxifen.

Most of the newbies lie about their nutrition and would bulk on pizza and hamburguers while taking ridiculous amounts of Arimidex, I remember a guy saying "Diet is ok" and receiving lots of advices.

I'm still waiting for the first guy posting here that he is concerned about the lipid profile instead of bitch tits/hair loss.

If I'm not gaining 1 million dollars and having a laboratory working for me, I would be a lot serious about the sides of AI's.

Some phara grade letro arrived today, and also grabbed some caber... I felt the lump earlyier decided to sqeeze it a little to feel it and some water or some shit came out my nipple! wtf! i hear this means its prolactin related...since i was on deca.. so this caber should be taken right now? which dosage shall i start for the letro and caber and how long to run for? Also i need to stay on the adex?
