gyno surgery at it's finest

Looks like someone edited that (poorly too I must add).
I've had gyno surgery and you can have indentures but it is generally fat that is displaced that can lead to the uneven form of the underlying tissue. It also depends on the lipo method they use too. Generally, with his BF% he has only the glad removed which is a small incision under the arolea of the nipple. Barely noticable. I have much more fat on my chest then Jay and I do not have the indention or distortion of underlying fat.
