Gyno succeptability predictors

If a guy has a little fat in his pecs normally, without the use of any AAS, would this make him more succeptable to gyno if cycling AAS?

Is a little fat at the bottom part at/below the nipple normal?

This if for a person with a BF below 12% and a little fat surrounding lower abs. As bodyfat goes down will this chest fat also decrease?

Anyone with experience with this please advise.

I am below 12%, and have no fat surrounding lower abs, or lower chest. Sounds like you are more like 16-18%, which would make this totally normal.
