Ok so heres the story... I got gyno when I was about 14 and it pretty much ruined my life even though I dont have tities there just puffy and it ruins my whole physique which Ive worked really hard on over the years. My chest looks great when my nipples are hard/cold but i live in florida and its always hot! So ive done the doctor route he said its no big deal but it is to me! He said wait it out and it will go away. It didnt go away...Ive tried vitex, nolva, and lipoderm-y and none of them helped at all. So I guess my only two other choices are bromo and Andractim gel before I go to surgery. There isnt to much information about these two methods on this or any other forums so im really confused. Like what would you recomend taking first? Im thinking bromo. What are the sides effects and what kind of dosages am I looking at here? I'm about to start bulking and I heard that bromo decreases you appetite. Any information would help me out alot.

bromo can cause headaches and loss of appetite, but I'm currently on 5mg a day split in two doses(because I'm very prone to prolactin sides), and I don't get anything bad. Maybe it's just for some, bromo does me fine.
I really don't think it's going to do anything for existing gyno.

I've heard yohimburn can reduce the puffiness for some, but I don't see the science behind this, but I guess it's feasable if it reduces fatty tissues.

Bro looks like your best option is to just have the surgery, you should be fine after that.

bro, I have the same thing.....to be honest surgery is the way to go.....a little lipo and gland removal will do the trick....I'm looking at getting it done in the fall by Dr. Nadler....already had a consult.....

Unless you can get your doctor to convince the insurance that it's a non cosmetic surgery. I've heard they can claim that they are afraid it could become cancerous and want to remove the tissue.

yeah I've tried EVERYTHING... nothing worked.. going for surgery in about 2 weeks.. Cost about 7300. If you don't have the dough (like i don't) finance the thing.. I've had this problem ever since I was a fat obese kid.

I will be contacting Nadler before this winter to hopefully get another procedure that will satisfy me.

That's what i'm sooo afraid of. After the surgery is done with, i'm still gonna have the same puffy ass nipples. I'm telling the surgeon to remove most of the gland.. just enough to sustain the nipple area. I wish I went to Nadler, but the doc thats operating is great from what I hear.
Dork: did you get it done by a regular surgeon or plastic surgeon?

RBD65: yeah that's me... when my BF is low you barely notice a thing... its when I bulk up that the chest fat starts filling. I'm going to try to submit it myself to insurance, see what they give me but chances are it won't happen...

Am i pissed off that i still have puffy nips after surgery? YES 100%. But at the same time, Im thankfull that everything else worked out ok. This may come off sounding pretty fucking gay, but since all this shit with my chest went down, everytime i see a guy shirtless the first thing i do is check out his nipples, and to be honest there are quite a few people who suffer from puffy nips naturally.

Id rather have slight puffniess in my nips after surgery then have some nasty ass scars, or have giant dents in my chest due to the enite gland being removed.

Of course ideally i wish my chest was perfect, but it could be a hell of alot worse.

I myself had a similar problem with Gyno from a young age and made the decision to have surgery. I used Dr Nadler after a consultation in NYC I had the surgery at his surgery in Long Island. Results were pretty good and I had to have a follow up op for scar tissue and I do intend to go back as I not completely satisfied as of yet. I am much happier than I was though and fully encourage the op and Nadler in particular. Do not worry about scarring, it is not visible at all, my scarring was under the skin and down to op trauma. Good luck.

hmm i suffer from the same thing, but i also have a large amount of fat on the bottom outside of my chest too. Ill have to wait a few years till i get a real job to get surgery because i doubt my parents insurance will pay for it.

I've heard this 1000 times. Is there anything that can used to keep the nips hard?? Maybe somthing you can rub on?? My chest also looks better when they are hard.

one way to help is to reduce your bodyfat really low.... like 5-6%... that will reduce the appearence of the psuedo-gyno.

none of that adex,bromo, letro, shit works so dont waste your money... ive tried it all... just keep dieting.

Bump for easy's Q... Is there anything that can be used topically to help reduce sub-q water and help tighten the nips for short duration of time, say a couple of hours? Something that would be good to use before going out to the pool or the beach or a photo shoot?
