i always had mild gyno even before i knew what gym was. As kid from 14 to 16 my nipples always hurt really bad at times they were always sensitive and puffy. i started lifting from when i was 17 and i had accepted that i had gyno it was who i was.. in the last few years i ran a few cycles nothing crazy. All it has been was test alone cycle. I tried a wired blend once ran for two weeks and drop it wasn't liking it. My last cycle was test and eq for 14 weeks. knowing my condition i always make sure to do proper pct blood work before middle and end of pct. and every time estro was normal. Highest it was ever was in last cycle ran out of adex but i got it under control soon. im not gona bull shit, gyno did got some what worse after steroids. now im 26 its really getting to me totally kills my chest how it looks, thats a guys worse night mare cuz it took me years to get that nice chest .Cant put v necks cuz my puffy nipples look retarded. And now this Past days they are acting up again and im not on anything maybe all the chicken breast i eat every day and the estro they cary. I know surgery is the best option but not planning on doing that now, on the future for sure. I just wanna reduce it make my nipples not as puffy. I would like to run a letro cycle. Very aware of the sides and every thing it does. I been reading every were but every one has diff opinion on how to run it and for how long. can some one with experience please advise me on how to run a letro cycle step by step. Again im just looking for reduction.. Thank you guys.
