gyno question

This is strange. I've always had slightly puffy nips (genetic). I never had a gyno problem untill I ran tren A this summer, 50mgs ED for 40 days. The gyno was mild and subsided 90% after the cycle.

The strange part was the onset. There was NO itching or sensitivity, just growth. I'm now on:

Test Cyp 600mg/wk
EQ 600mg/wk
2 pumps AIFM ED since day 1

The nips are puffing a little again, and again I feel no sensitivity etc. I have come to believe that this is a prolactin problem because I am prepared for the estrogen. Should I just throw in 1.25mg ED letro for a few weeks and see what happens? I've gone the aromasin route, noilvadex and now the AIFM. I'm not bloated or feeling any other estrogen sides. Am I just aggrivating a genetic condition? I know my dad got mild gyno in college (no juice though).

Has anyone ever heard of developing gyno and simply not feeling it? Thanks in advance for any info/advice.

you should increase the AIFM dosage to 4 pumps per day. 2 pumps is low end for those dosages (some people can use that amount, but since you already have disposition).

you can also keep at 2 pumps and add half a pump per nipple.

you should consider adding cabergoline (cabaser tablets), bromocriptine (parlodel) or selegiline (selepryl or deprenyl).

these are dopaminergics which will suppress prolactin, your puffy nips from trenbolone is indicative that its a factor.

Thanks a lot bro, of the three (cabergoling, bromo or selegiline) which would you give the strongest recomendation?

cabaser tablets are probably the best tolerated and affordable. Some people dont like bromo as its quite potent, though its also quite affordable (parlodel tablets).

selegiline is great (has lots of other benefits) but it is not as strong a prolactin suppressor as either caber or bromo.

I plan to try upping the AIFM first, but I don't think its estrogen. It's possible for test to up prolactin right?

He's not on tren right now.

true but the problem manifested at that time and the primary issue is puffy nipples which is more indicative of prolactin and progestin/progesterone issues (though estrogen is also certainly implicated).

as a note- progestins impact on progesterone synthesis may be more an issue than their direct actions. hence why post cycle there may long lasting impacts on progesterone and prolactin levels.

add some bromocriptine or dostinex,,,doesnt sound estrogen related
