Gyno prone cycle

what's up fellas, i was hoping you could help me out. First of all stats are: 24 yrs old; 5'9; 185; 11% bf; lifting for 6+ years; adequate training and nutrition knowledge; have done 1 cycle previously...last spring i ran 250mg sust ever 5 days for 12 weeks (i know, by blood levels were probably all over the place) ran .5mg arimidex throughout and 10mg nolva throughout. i went from 185ish 13% bf to 192 at about 8%. I was very pleased.

I had extensive shoulder surgery in october so have been out of the gym for a while and inevitably lost some weight and gained some bf...i plan on training naturally for several months before i hop on another cycle. I have a tad bit of existing gyno from puberty...i think the test cycle aggrevated it a bit. it doesnt look that bad, but i definitely dont want it to get any worse. I would like to hear from those of you that are gyno prone what cycles have worked well for you. I prefer not to run an oral only cycle. thoughts???? ;)
 
I'm very prone to gyno and while on cycle I have to run 0.5mg/day of arimidex with 40mg/day of nolvadex to keep it completely at bay.

I know I could up the arimidex to 1mg/day but at that dosage I completelty lose my libido.
 
I'll keep this going for you but as for me I dont seem to be prone to gyno I've done cycles before with nothing before or after and was fine..No i do not suggest this but it was one of my first cycles..i guess I'm just lucky not to be prone..KNOCK ON WOOD

first, I suggest you make sure you don't have anymore gyno before you jump on a cycle. second, a primo / anavar cycle with some light test prop would be good for you if you're gyno prone.
