ok, ive got a question here.....i didnt include nolvadex in my last post cycle therapy, i thought with the PCT i had and time off it would take care of it, but it didnt and i still have small lumps underneath my nipps....my next cycle (sust/deca/dbol) is coming soon...my question is should i run some nolvadex before i start the cycle to get rid of the gyno, or go ahead with the cycle, with arimidex?? im really not sure what to do here.....

Bro if you have solid stuff there and have been off this long it probably not going to go away. You should taken nolva as soon as you got some symtoms.
