Gyno or not?

I'm not sure if I have natural gyno. I've always had very slight pointed nips even when I was a young whippet. I'm fortunate enough to have really large pecs but with my wee pointy nips the bigger my muscles get the more they look like moobs especially side on.
Unlike what I have read the tissue under my nipple is very soft and not sore at all.
Anyone got any ideas what I can do?
