gyno or not? help

I recently went to have a blood test and while I was there I had the dr take a look at my left nipple. I finished my last cycle Jan. 15 of Test e and Deca but my nipple didnt start hurting until about 3 weeks ago. Ive never had gyno or sensitive nipples before so I am really not sure what to think about it. He had me have an ultra sound and the dr office call today and said my cholesterol is high and they found a lesion in my left breast area that they want to take a biopsy of. I have an appointment with him tomorrow and was wondering if anybody can help me out with this situation. I havent told him I use aas yet but think it might be a good idea because I dont want them cutting on me. Could it be just from the aas or should I have something to worry about?

where is the lump? like actually when the nip is?

didnt u tell the doctor what u were doing so they would know?

I want to say get ahold of nolvadex and take that and see if it works for you, but if you got a doctor's appointment...did you run arimidex during yoru cycle?

I know I havent actually talk to the dr only the nurse on the phone but I will see him today. The pain is right in the center of the nipple. Maybe they saw something different.
