Gyno or fat pocket fuck me....lol

After a work out your muscles are pumped and they fill out any pockets, voids. Same thing in the cold, the tissue/skin shrinks due to temp..making the area tighter and less noticable...I know how you feel man....

If you are going to see a surgeon make sure you tell him you want both lipo and incision. That way they will clean you out completely...

The fatty tissue becomes softer in heat (sauna ) and you can tell the differnce easier.

However it could be joined together (fat & glandular)..Glandular tissue sometimes like to attach itself close to arm pit, pulling fat tissue with it.

thanks bro. If its fat than only dropping bodyfat will help as I am still at too high of a bdyfat percentage to know for sure.
 
Man that is more than likely nothing more than a fat pocket. I have the exact same thing I gaurentee it, and its like they said lose some body fat and it goes right away. If you start dropping some bf and it's still there then u might have a problem, but more than likely it will go away. In my opinion I wouldn't worry about it unless it continues to get larger. Then an ultrasound could be needed.

thanks bro. I wish I could see some pictures of fat pockets to compare. Thanks for the reply bro. Ill keep eveyone posted. Im fixing to stop all AI's except AIFM for a while I think Ive been hindering my gains by rotating nolva, clomid, letro, aromasin, adex, etc.
 
I know it's also good to eat a lot of green vegetables. In addition to using dostinex, bromo, arimidex and or nolvadex it's a very good idea to eat Brussels sprouts, broccoli, spinach, etc. These vegetables make a big difference in lowering your estrogen and other female hormones. Make sure you get enough fiber and that you're shitting at least a couple times a day. A backed up colon can create a lot of minor health problems (and much worse in the long run) and one of them is an unfavorable female to male hormone ratio.
I know this is may come off as bizarre but trust me. I know all about gyno and bloat from estrogen, etc. I had gyno surgery twice so I explored and continue to explore all the possibilities to keep my situation under control.

the weirdest shit ever happened today, I went home to change for the gym after work and my nipple was back to normal, Im amazed but I have no idea what fixed it because I was throwing the kitchen sink at the shit. any one else ever have this happen, I am so eternally grateful to everyone on this board for lending their knowledge.
 
Wouldn’t cardio and diet solve that problem?

I am asking, I have a similar situation and it seems to be subsiding as I drop my bf percentage.

im a chubber compared to these guys anyway but I think the fact that pecs are getting bigger and I am making new muscle may just be melting the fat pocket. I am glad I just cant believe from this morning to this afternoon there was a massive change.

So far I know that test and tren aggravate my gyno. But if I take enough femara I seem to be able to keep it under control . And also if I take dostinex I seem to be able to control the fattiness around my nipple.
