Gyno operation

I am going to get the gyno operation done next week from the same doc that did Palumbo.... how long until I can resume training and should I completely get off test forever and lastly I am getting UNBELIEVABLE gains from fina.....is fina a test and do I have to stop that also?? Please someone let me know
