Gyno-- How many here have it?

gynecomastia is a term used to describe a condition in which males begin having female like breasts. naturally or self induced through use of hormones, it is caused by an irregularly high level of estrogen which in some, occures during the adolescent years, usually between 13 will a boy begin to notice this phenomenon.

Ok now that you know what gynecomastia is (im sure most of you already did anyways). How many actually have it? According to some sources an estimated 60% of men have it. I think this is way off because I rarely see men with "puffy nips".

I got it. More in my right than left. I can't wear any thin or remotely tight shirts anymore. It sucks knowing no matter how lean I get, these lumps are gonna ruin the shape in my pecs.

Had it before AS usage.
Had it removed. I dont get lumps or paing but I will get puffy once in a while. Then I drain them with an Insulin Needle.
Having them pierces actually drains the somewhat.

Interesting.

I've had small lumps since I was about 12, I know what you mean about not wanting to wear a t-shirt some times. After my winter cycle I am going to try yohimburn and andractim on them. If that doesn't work maybe I'll just get a pair of titty-rings :mix:

me too since puberty....yeah those two are a good combo though to use on it. almost through with first tube of andractim...and have second ready to go. ran out of yohimburn....but i guess i'll order more when i order my 400000 bottles of r-ALA that ulter won't give me a discount on. lol.

almost through with first tube of andractim...

Did you notice a reduction in the tissue mass or just sub-q water and fat in the area. I know there is a big debate over this, but my understanding is that the mass is pretty much there for good unless you go under the knife.

I THINK it was mainly just the water/fat at this point. there MAY be a slight reduction in actual size also. its hard to gauge sometimes since it is cold for FL right now and that makes the nips harden up....lol....and there is either andractim or youhimburn on there shriveling them up. plus losing the fat/water around there makes it SEEM like its "going away". i have to take a good look at it in a controlled environment to be fair....but i'd say there is a decent sized reduction overall. my chest is getting pretty cut right now with lowered BF, so its easier to take an accurate assessment. but overall i'd say there is a decent 1/3 reduction in overall size....how much is fat/water and how much is tissue i can't say for sure. but i am also on bromo/femara/proviron too. lol. as well as an ultra low cal diet. so i am not a double blind placebo controlled study.....:FRlol:

my left nip has a little from when I was a little fat kid... when I lean out, it doesn't really bother me, but when I'm carrying some body fat, it annoys me in certain shirts... oddly, it doesn't look as bad w/ my shirt off as in some shirts.

Some times there is some fluid build up behind it.
Maybe it is just because the tissue is gone, but once in a while it needs to come out.

Got it during puberty. Intense pain behind nips at the time...catching a football was excrutiating. Slimming out a lot now, but I hold a majority of my body fat in my upper body. I am going to try bromo and yohimburn. Thinking about andractim. Are there any sides? I heard that it can induce hair loss.

I've got psuedo-gyno in my left nip, just a bit puffy, but a full on lump in my right nip. The lump is painful. Insurance is gonna remove it, though I'll still end up having to pay around $300 for hospital fees and the like, but it's better than having to pay $3000.

The doctor to do this procedure says that my right nip will be indented after the procedure. This irks me because my left nip is going to go untouched, thus my nips won't look the same. I'm gonna try using Yohimburn on the left one after the surgery. After that, I'm planning on getting them both pierced to help mask any irregularities.

Does anyone have lumps that aren't painful? Mine aren't painful at all but there is definitely hard tissue around the areola(sp?)

My nipples both got sore for the first time recently while on a deca/sust cycle but as soon as I started taking arimidex, it went away.

I got gyno at puebrty a few times (It would come and go, little lumps under either the right or left nip, never both) After some mistakes with prohormones i got the real-deal-dont-go-away gyno.

My lumps FUCKING killed. I remeber some dork (like me) in junior H.S. who pushed me (striking my chest) when i had a lump and i almost started crying it hurt so bad.

When i got gyno after the prohormones i couldn't lie on my stomache on a hard floor

I cut them suckers cut out though

Mine don't hurt anymore. They only hurt when they were developing. If I remember correctly, when I was about 12 and the pain lasted for almost a year.

See if Bromocriptine helps. It's cheap enough, and if you had gyno at puberty, prolactin may have been the cause.

mine started when i got on for the first time, but when i come of the pain goes away and the lumps fade ,when I am full on my right nipple has a lump the size of a silver dollar under it ,not as bad with the left but the do annoy me...

Gynecomastia Chest Sculpture in a muscular minimal fat body does not need to leave a depression. Such sculpture can be more difficult depending on the amount of gland vs. fat present. Removing all tissues can leave not only a depression, but also adhesions - the skin sticking to the fascia (muscle covering). This can look bad on animation or flexing.

Actually it can be difficult to predict how much gland vs fat is present before surgery. I prefer a dynamic technique which blends various surgical elements that permits me to adapt to what ever fat / gland combination I find during surgery. This may involve gland excision, liposuction, fat flaps, and fat sculpting with sutures. One sided surgery can also increase the difficulty and I will be posting one such case on my site shortly.

Hope this helps,

Got it when I was about 14 or so.I remember my nipples being really sore but of course I did not know what the hell it was.I have no problem taking my shirt off at the beach or where ever cause it is hardly noticible. It has not gotten any worse since I started AS but then again most of my cycles are not to heavy.

Its amazing though that some guys I know who have juiced for many years dont have it at all.I believe some people are just more proned to it then others.I remember a guy I played rugby with that must have had atleast B or C cups he never juiced & was not even really that fat.At that point I would have to get surgery no matter what the cost. But I had to give the guy some credit cause he would even show up at partys sometimes without a shirt on !

Weird, when I first started noticing it-- it didnt hurt at all. I dont even remember when it came on, it's not a bad case but in warm enviroments they just puff out and it looks bad. it sucks because im totally cut everywhere else but that part. I used to think I was the only one with it because I NEVER seen any other guy with the same condition.

Breast tenderness, sensitivity, being sore, and discomfort are common during gland stimulation / growth.

Male breast enlargement can grow to amazing sizes: Adolescent Male with D cup breasts Some men are bothered by their large breasts, others are not.

Puffed out nipples, puffy nipples, pouffy nipples, and nipple protrusion are common complaints from those with gynecomastia. For most it is the areola and nipples that project ruining a "male chest look." Extra fat and gland behind the areola forces that tissue away from the chest. For some it is problem of both enlarged nipples and gland / fat behind the areola. For others it is just "puffed nipples" from gynecomastia

There is a fine layer of muscle in the areola / nipple skin that causes contraction of the areola and erection of the nipple. These muscles contracting can flatten some masses smoothing the chest contour. Gland is much denser than fat and compresses differently. Warmth tends to relax the skin muscles, cold can stimulate them. A warm room, relaxing areola muscles can mean the mass behind just shows more.
