Has anyone here had it done, how did it turn out? I know a lot of pros around here who had it done. Is it possible to pass it off as a genetic disorder to get it done for free?

I had gyno surgery and had it covered by insurance. That is very much not typically the case. Gyno, even if a surgeon says it's genetic, is not something insurance deems as a necessary surgery and considers it cosmetic. Mine was covered because it was only bad on one side and I had a very understanding surgeon that I felt comfortable enough with to be frank. He asked what I was taking and I told him. From that point on he quit calling it gyno and refered to it as a tumor. I never heard him use the term gyno again, it was always tumor and that is what he put in his assessment and the insurance covered under that pretence. In most cases they do not remove the mamory gland, they trim and "feather" it. I was immensely happy with the outcome and could not have been more satisfied if a great plastic surgeon had performed the surgery. Minimal scar under the nipple and zero signs that I ever had gyno. Mne was bad, I was actually lactating. lol.

That is great that your insurance covered it and you were not scarred up.. I have seen alot of bad gyno surgeries , where the persons nipple area was severely scarred and mangled. BTW: the gentleman should check out the Cosmetic surgery section of Elite Fitness.

I am going to be taking care of some with the guidance of needto, starting very soon and hopefully minimize if not kill completely, would rather not go surgery...my insurance will not cover mine.

Did they tell you that you had to be "off" for a certain amount of time before they performed the surgery

surgery should always be a last resort. you are depending on a person to cut you open, there is a risk involved. you can die from even the simplest surgeries or like arabian said get many complications.

If your able to find a good surgeon why not get it removed if your planning on living this lifestyle for the rest of your life? And not having to worry about gyno symptoms.

Some get it covered by insurance by claiming puberty onset gyno.
If you have insurance and a family doctor complain of severe pain
but insist on GOOD plastic suregeon.

Insurance isn't a problem here in Canada, it's just being able to convince its a genetic disorder, but be truthful at the same time about AAS use.

So we're you "on" then while the procedure was preformed? How long did it take for the tissue to heal? And I've also heard it can take years for the "holes" to fill

I'm always "on" so yes. The healing was about 4 weeks - had a drain for about 2 weeks and was able to work out 2 weeks after that. As for a "hole", I didn't really have one. I had some loose skin that tightened up fairly quickly but because they didn't remove the gland itself, I didn't have a "space" where the gland use to be. A good surgeon will feather the growth and it will look great as soon as the swelling goes down
