Gyno, Gland Removal Help

Im looking for someone to give me a reference for a plastic surgeon who is great at removing thw glands. I dont want to ever have to worry about gyno anymore. I can go anywhere in the states to get the surgey, just looking to get the glands removed and never worry about this stuff again. Any referenes?????
